Mega Points Chase Promotion

1. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 1 August 2024 to 07 December 2024. Electronic draws will be held on 31 Aug, 28 Sep, 26 Oct, and 30 Nov at Garden Route Casino, with the Mega Points Chase manual draw on 7 December at Caledon Casino
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
5. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
6. A process of declination to be present at a Draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk for the period between the opening and closing times of ticket activation before the actual Draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
7. Participants must register to decline to be present at Draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
8. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Garden Route Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
9. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present at the Draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
10. Participants in the draws may only be drawn once per draw. A re-draw will take place if a participant is drawn for a second, third, etc. time.
11. Reward members may only qualify to participate in the leader board must earn points and play where they predominantly gamble (Home Unit). They will therefore only be eligible to be on the property’s leader board.
12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling draw dates and/or times.
13. Cash and +Play, prize winners must claim their prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
14. Cash and +Play Prizes must be redeemed at the Cash Desk.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
19. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
20. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

Monthly electronic draw Rules

1. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 1 August 2024 to 30 November 2024. Electronic draws will be held on 31 Aug, 28 Sep, 26 Oct, and 30 Nov at Garden Route Casino, with the Mega Points Chase manual draw on 7 December at Caledon Casino.
2. Rewards members will be allocated free tickets for each draw on 31 Aug, 28 Sep, 26 Oct, and 30 Nov.(10 tier = 10 tickets, Jack tier = 20 tickets, Queen tier = 30 tickets, King tier = 40 tickets, and Ace tier = 50 tickets). This quantity of tickets will be issued for each of the early bird draws as well as each of the main draws.
3. Participants can earn additional draw ticket/s by playing Slots or Tables. For the Early Bird draws guests must earn 70 points per ticket capped at 1000, Main draws earn 180 points per ticket capped at 1000.
4. Tickets are earned during specified periods as set out in the table below with ticket printing only from 09:00 on the days of the draws. The draw Bin closes 15 minutes before each draw.

5. Tickets can be activated on either the eHost or the Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App. To activate ticket/s on the Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App, members need to have their membership cards active on either a slot machine or on Tables.
6. Ticket receipts for tickets activated through the Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App will be found under “Profile>My Draw Tickets” on the Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App. No physical receipt will be printed for Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App ticket activations.
7. For the Early Bird Draws on 31 Aug, 28 Sep, 26 Oct, and 30 Nov an electronic draw system will be used to select 5 winners per draw that will each receive R2 000 Cash and R1 000 in +Play.
8. For the Main Draws on 31 Aug, 28 Sep, 26 Oct, and 30 Nov at 21:00 an electronic draw system will be used to select 5 winners per draw that will select their prizes in the order they were drawn from 5 Prize Selection Boxes that will be located at the Draw Stage. Prize breakdown per Main draw:

Mega Point Chase draw rules

1. The top 10 table players and the Top 25 slot players on the leader board on31 August, 30 September, 31 October and 30 November will receive draw tickets that will be issued to them the week following the draw on 30 Nov 2024. (see below breakdown)
2. Draw tickets into the Leader Board draw will also be issued to the Top 10 tables players & Top 25 slots players over the entire promotion from 1 Aug 2024 until 30 Nov 2024.

3. Draw tickets earned for the Leader Board Draw will be bagged, sealed and taken to Caledon where they will be unsealed live at the draw and will be live-streamed at Garden Route Casino.
4. The top 25 slot point earners and top 10 table point earners will be informed via SMS and telephonically to collect their tickets at the Tsogo Rewards desk.
5. Ticket collection starts from Monday 02 December until Thursday 5 December 2024 at Garden Route Casino.
6. Tickets will be placed in a secured sag with a sealed number at Garden Route and a Garden Route representative will take these tickets to The Caledon Casino.
7. Tickets will then be deposited in a tombola at the draw stage area at Caledon on Friday the 6 December, which will be monitored by Surveillance & Security.
8. Participants in the final draw on 7 December 2024 can only win one prize.
9. A total of 5 tickets will be drawn from the tombola on 7 December 2024 at 20:00.

10. Draw Auditors will consist of Surveillance, Security & Marketing representatives to validate & verify the winning ticket.
11. The draw will be screened live in Bravo Lounge at Garden Route Casino.
12. Participants or nominated Proxies must be present at Garden Route Casino.
